Two governments has selected Vmeet for their state video conference meetings

Softfoundry today announced the purchase by the Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia for the turnkey system to support their everyday meetings. This is the second governmental purchase of large Vmeet systems after the first system that was purchased by the Singapore government about one year ago.

The Government meeting room system must have the most mission critical and secured communication where HD and efficiency of such system must be satisfied.

Also, Vmeet was selected because of it is the most complete system that satisfy government everyday meeting requirements with presence, IM, meeting invitation, AV messages, large scale MCU uses, collaborations and complete closed user grouping for the ease of management.

Besides these recent wins, Softfoundry has also received orders to deliver to several Carriers and other governments such as in Vietnam and China for large scale deployment of Vmeet for the HD meetings and Unified communications.

All governments in the worlds are looking for this kind of communication upgrade where currently over 100 years old PSTN phone call system just could not satisfy their everyday need for the effectiveness and the efficiency. High Definition Telepresence class of meeting room, where Fixed and mobile convergence could easily bring people to be in one meeting anytime and any place using various devices, could be the next main stream applications and market demands.
